The 7th GCTR, originally planned to take place in May 2021 at the Copenhagen Business School, has been postponed for a year due to ongoing virological and logistical concerns related to the corona pandemic. The newly set date is 18-20 May 2022.
Previously, we reported on this blog about the 7th GCTR and its closing deadline for papers and panel proposals. As the accepted invitations for paper presentations and panels still stand, that call remains closed for now. The organisers remain cautious about the possibility of meeting in person, promising to make a further decision on this in February 2021.
The TrUE project will be represented at the 7th GCTR with a panel on EU transparency entitled “From Institutional manifesto to information society? New horizons in the European Union’s transparency agenda”, with contributions from the fields of political science and law, ranging beyond the classic question of access to documents.
