On 18 February, the TrUE project webinar “Challenging the European institutions on transparency: Analysing Leino-Sandberg v Parliament and two Ombudsman complaints” was held, with speakers Päivi Leino-Sandberg, Benjamin Bodson, and Maarten Hillebrandt. The video of this workshop is now available online.
In this workshop, which was attended by academics from across Europe as well as public and private practitioners, the speakers discussed (their) recent experiences with challenging unfavourable access to documents decisions, reflecting on their specific role as researchers in the process.
The webinar can now be integrally viewed back on the news page of the Eric Castrén Institute at the Helsinki University Law School. It will remain online until 30 April 2021.
